Sam Khoury is a seasoned leader in Connected TV, partnerships, and marketing strategy. Known for driving growth at the intersection of media, technology, and brand. As Founder of Cedar Consultants, Sam helps ad tech companies sharpen their positioning, build market presence, and execute impactful marketing strategies.
Sam previously led CTV partnerships at T-Mobile, overseeing monetization strategy, business development, and technical integrations with platforms. He also served as the primary liaison to major media partners in the streaming space. Prior to that, he spent five years in senior leadership roles at FreeWheel, where he managed strategic relationships with top streaming clients and helped scale the company’s CTV business.
Now also serving as an advisor to multiple companies and continues to influence the future of CTV, programmatic innovation, and modern marketing through expert consulting and strategic collaboration.

Brett Busdeker
Brett comes to Cedar Consultants with over 13 years of Ad Tech experience, specifically in operations and advertising operations management. With stops at both Undertone (now Perion) and T-Mobile Advertising solutions, Brett has worked in a variety of DSP's, SSP's, and ad servers throughout his career, always trying to find the best way to produce and distribute advertising that makes a difference for clients.
Brett believes in a sensible & efficient omnichannel strategy that helps both advertisers and publishers meet their advertising goals.
Daniel Church
Daniel is an award-winning innovator who pairs deep technical fluency with sharp commercial instinct across the television ecosystem. As Head of CTV at Seedtag, he steers the company’s vision for Contextual TV, shaping product direction and market positioning as the medium evolves. Over nearly a decade in advanced TV—with influential posts at Beachfront (acquired by Seedtag in 2024), FreeWheel, StickAds.tv, and Smaato—he has helped set many of the standards underpinning modern convergent television while advising programmers, distributors, and brands on future-facing TV activations.
A frequent conference speaker and trusted industry sounding board, he is also a named inventor on multiple convergent-TV patents and the recipient of several industry awards recognizing his impact on the future of TV.
Kevin Salguero
Kevin Salguero is a programmatic expert with deep experience in ad operations, yield optimization, and exchange strategy. As Director of Programmatic Operations at TelevisaUnivision, he leads initiatives that drive revenue performance across digital platforms, streamline operations, and maximize inventory value.
Previously at T-Mobile, Kevin managed display and video campaigns, bringing a performance-first mindset to media execution. He’s known for bridging the gap between technical implementation and business outcomes—delivering scalable programmatic solutions, enhancing monetization strategies, and building high-impact workflows across ad tech stacks.
